Attorney Allison Kranz, JD, LLM, "The Nerdy Immigration Lawyer," provides strategic immigration planning to address the visa, work, permanent immigration, and citizenship goals of her clients. She exclusively practices U.S. immigration law and is Managing Partner with Lodestone Legal. 

Allison's interest in immigration is personal.  She is married to an immigrant and her family tree currently extends to Ethiopia, Canada, Ukraine, Russia, Turkey, Egypt, Ghana and Colombia.   

Allison has advised Fortune 500 companies in immigration matters and her global immigration practice focuses on finding self-sponsored solutions. She works with professionals, startups, experts and international students in obtaining nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, as well as permanent resident petitions (green cards) through Adjustment of Status Applications. Allison has extensive experience preserving family unity through obtaining permanent resident/green cards, waivers, citizenship, fiancée visas, and visas for victims of crimes. 

In both 2023 and 2022 Allison was recognized as an Elite Lawyer for excellence in the field of immigration law. In 2019 she was named a Women in the Law Award winner by Lawyer Monthly Magazine. She was a nominee of the 2017 Albuquerque Business First Women of Influence award. Allison was also a member of the team that won the global W.K. Kellogg Values Award, the Kellogg Company’s highest honor. Allison obtained her Juris Doctorate degree in 2009 and obtained a Master’s of Law degree in Human Rights in 2010. Allison’s practice is limited to immigration and nationality law, and she is licensed in Michigan and Florida.

Joel specializes in offering comprehensive strategic immigration solutions tailored to meet the diverse needs of his clients. His fifteen years of immigration expertise encompasses visa acquisition, work permits, permanent residency, and citizenship attainment. With a client base ranging from professionals, executives, universities, and international students, Joel navigates the complexities of both nonimmigrant and immigrant visa processes, including Adjustment of Status Applications, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, and PERM labor certifications.

Joel has practiced immigration law in both law firm and in-house counsel corporate settings.

Elysa Baron, JD, MA, works with students, professionals, managers, executives, startups and universities to plan and execute personalized immigration strategies. She obtains visas, as well as permanent resident petitions (green cards) through filing Adjustment of Status Applications, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3 and PERM labor certifications for her clients. Elysa has extensive experience in filing H-1B, TN, E-3, O-1 and L-1 for Fortune 500 companies, as well as small business.  Elysa’s practice is limited to immigration and nationality law, and she is licensed in New York. 

Niti S Sharan, JD, is an affiliated attorney with Lodestone Legal and she is Of-Counsel. With more than a decade of experience, Niti practices immigration law while also serving the needs of foreign national clients in the areas of business and real estate through her firm Sharan Law Services P.A. located in Nashville, Tennessee and Hollywood, Florida. Niti immigrated to the United States from India. She is passionate about immigrants' rights and preserving the dignity of the American immigration journey. Niti's practice with Lodestone Legal is limited to  immigration and nationality law.  She is licensed in Florida and Tennessee.
